EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange is applicable on the following terms and conditions: The garment is torn, damaged or not in an acceptable condition. The garment provided was different to what it was ordered. In such cases the customer can send back the product and will be provided with the new exchanged product without any extra cost. Note: No refunds are provided by Gleemsome.

Sizing issue:

In the case of not best-fit size, the customer can return the garment within 7 days, resized garment will be given back without any extra cost.

Note: If in any case the measurements provided by the customer were wrong, then the customer will bear the courier charges

How many days do I have to return a product?

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the date of delivery.

How do I return/exchange an item?

An email has to be sent at help@gleemsome.com with the return/exchange details and the issue with the garment. Within 7 working days, Gleemsome will arrange a reverse pick up from the customer. In the case of exchange or size rectification, the garment will be delivered back to the customer within 15 days from the date of exchange request.

Who will provide the return shipping label?

To return any purchased merchandise please use the free return label provided with each shipment. If not received, please email at help@gleemsome.com for initiating the refund process. Gleemsome cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit.
